Reservation policy

– If you cancel your stay due to a pandemic situation with closed borders or
suspended flights, your deposit will become a voucher that you can use for 12
months from your initial booking.

– If you cancel your booking less than 15 for any other reason, we will not be able to
refund your deposit.

-You can request a change of dates up to 7 days before your arrival.

– If you cancel your reservation less than 7 days before arrival, the full amount of the
room is due.
